Papercraft Clubhouse Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship your order quickly, usually within 1 business day of receipt. We know you are eager to begin crafting! Please note that we are closed on Mondays and may or may not be able to ship orders placed over the weekend until Tuesdays.
Shipping is calculated as follows:
During our semi-annual clearance sale we cannot offer free shipping. All orders placed online will be charged a flat fee of $8.99.
If during this time you order $99 or more of ONLY regularly priced merchandise in one transaction we will remove the $8.99 shipping amount before finalizing your payment. Please call the store with questions at 860-399-4443.
Please note that some items are oversized and/or heavy and thus are not available for purchase on our website. Please call the store at 860-399-4443 if you would like us to ship an item that is not available for online purchase and we will give you a quote for shipping and handling on that item(s).
Papercraft Clubhouse Online Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized by Papercraft Clubhouse. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) before initiating any return.
You may return merchandise, at your expense, within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, item(s) must be unopened in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Returns are not accepted on sale or clearance items, dated items, books, magazines, or pens & markers so please select these items carefully. All returns will be refunded as store credit only and no shipping costs will be refunded. In the event you return something without prior authorization we will deduct a 25% restocking fee from your store credit.
Product(s) must arrive back at our shop within 14 days of the original delivery and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
In the unlikely event you receive damaged merchandise you must contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of order delivery, so please open your packages right away upon receipt. We will make arrangements for you to return the items at our expense.
