Dina Wakley MEdia Rub-Ons include 2 sheets of colorful designs and one burnisher for easy application. Easy-to-apply!  Directions 1. Remove protective backing. 2. Place tacky side of rub-on onto your clean, dry surface. 3. Use burnisher to rub with even pressure. The rub-on should begin lifting from backing 4. Slowly peel away the backing paper. If part of the rub-on did not  transfer, carefully lay it back in place and rub with tool again.
