Art Journaling With Kirsten - May
This month we will use the new Uniquely Creative die to make coordinating foam stamps from scratch using foam and embossing folders. In addition, we'll be discussing how to use dye ink, paint or alcohol inks to make some quick smooshed backgrounds for easy art journal foundation pages. $20 ***Extra kit items/tools to bring for May: Glossy Accents, Craft Knife or Box Cutter (you are cutting through 1/2" foam), self healing cutting mat. Optional" leftover dyed binding ribbon if you attended that class.
Don't forget your art journaling tool kit (bring this monthly though we may or may not use all items every month)

gesso
adhesive (i.e. matte medium)
craft mat or glass mat to protect our tables and for you to work on
paint palette or palette paper
your favorite journaling pens (white and black)
detail scissors
permanent black ink pad (i.e. Archival Jet Black)
spray bottle
a few sheets of deli paper or tissue to separate pages while waiting for them to dry.
**The journal must be made of paper designed to be used with water, paint or ink; i.e. Dyan Reaveley or Dina Wakley journals. Need a journal? Let us know when you register and we can hold one for you.
